2. Promotion period:

From 01/04/2024 to 31/07/2024

3. Promotional goods/services:

Lipovitan Honey energy drink (dietary supplement) with promotional program information printed on the packaging.

4. Promotional area:

Nationwide (Vietnam)

5. Form of promotion:

Lucky draw – Open the can tab and find the prize information printed underneath.

6. Eligible participants:

Vietnamese citizens aged 18 years or older, with full civil capacity under Vietnamese law, who purchase promotional products within the promotion period and area stated in this program.

Note: Employees of Taisho Vietnam Co., Ltd., all official Taisho distributors, advertising agencies, service providers, and their parents, spouses, and children are not eligible to participate.

7. Prize structure:

Total value of promotional goods/services: 9,510,663,625 VND
(Nine billion, five hundred ten million, six hundred sixty-three thousand, six hundred twenty-five dong)
Total prize value compared to projected revenue: 5%
A customer may win multiple prizes if they possess multiple valid winning can tabs.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Detailed terms and conditions

8.1 Conditions and participation method:

– During the promotion period, customers purchasing promotional products distributed nationwide may participate by opening the can tab to reveal the prize.

– Customers open the tab and check the prize message printed underneath.

8.2 Prize printing method:

– Prize information is printed underneath the tab of promotional products. Customers open the tab to reveal the result.

8.3 Valid winning proof:

– A valid winning can tab must be issued by Taisho, with correct information, design, symbols, and content registered with the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency – Ministry of Industry and Trade.

– The tab must remain intact, not dented, damaged, altered, erased, or drawn on.

8.4 Prize determination:

Winner notification:

– First Prize winners must call hotline 1900 571 579 to report their winning tab.
– Deadline for notification: 23:59 on 07/08/2024

8.5 Prize awarding process

For the First Prize (1 Honda Vario 125 – Sport Edition)

– When contacting the hotline, winners must provide their full name, address, and phone number. Taisho Vietnam will follow up for prize delivery.

– Prize delivery time: 08:00–21:00, Monday to Sunday.

– The prize will be delivered to the address provided by the winner.

Required documents & procedures:

Winner must be over 18 years old
Photocopy of ID card/Citizen ID (with original for verification)
Valid winning can tab (Taisho will collect the tab after awarding the prize)
Signature on the Prize Receipt Record

Prize claiming deadline:
23:59 on 14/09/2024

Tax responsibility:

– Personal income tax (if applicable) will be covered by Taisho Vietnam. Taisho will declare and pay this tax on behalf of the winner.
– Winners are responsible for any other taxes, fees, or registration costs required by Vietnamese law.

For Second and Third Prize winners

– Winners must bring their valid winning can tab to stores displaying the “Prize Redemption Point” banner.

– Prize redemption deadline:
23:59 on 14/09/2024
After this time, Taisho Vietnam will no longer accept redemptions and may refuse to award prizes. Unclaimed prizes will be handled according to legal regulations.

10. Information disclosure responsibilities:

– Taisho will publicly announce program details via mass media and at promotion locations after receiving approval from the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency.

– Program rules and prize results will be published on https://lipovitan.vn/

Other regulations:

– Employees of Taisho Vietnam, official distributors, advertising agencies, service providers, and their family members are not eligible to participate.

– Participants in this promotion may still take part in other ongoing Taisho promotions.

– With customer consent, Taisho Vietnam may use names and images of winners for advertising.

– Taisho is fully responsible for managing, printing, and ensuring the accuracy of winning proof. If Taisho-made proofs contain errors causing misunderstandings, Taisho must still award the prizes.

– The promotional program must ensure fairness, transparency, and objectivity.

– Taisho Vietnam will resolve all customer complaints relating to the program. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be handled under Vietnamese law.

– For prizes without winners, Taisho must remit 50% of the announced prize value to the state budget according to Clause 4, Article 96 of the Law on Commerce.

– Taisho Vietnam guarantees full rights for customers participating in the program.

– The program is conducted in compliance with current Vietnamese legal regulations.
