Lipovitan Honey Energy Drink (dietary supplement) with packaging printed with information about the promotion program.

5. Promotion Method:

A chance-based promotion – Customers open the can’s tab to check for a prize printed underneath.

6. Eligible Participants:

Vietnamese citizens aged 18 and above with full civil capacity in accordance with Vietnamese law, who purchase the promotional products within the promotion period and territory as defined in this program.

Note: Employees of Taisho Vietnam Co., Ltd., all official distributors of Taisho, employees of advertising and service agencies working for Taisho, as well as their parents, spouses, and children, are not eligible to participate.

7. Prize Structure

• Total promotional tabs issued: 400,000
  – including 1,230 winning tabs

• Total product cartons issued during the promotion: 100,000 cartons

• A participant may own multiple valid winning tabs and can win multiple prizes.

• Prizes are not convertible to cash.

DETAILED PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Conditions and Participation Procedure

• During the promotion period, customers who purchase eligible promotional products nationwide are entitled to participate.

• Participants open the can tab and check the message printed underneath to determine whether they have won a prize.

Issuance of Winning Evidence

• Prize information is printed underneath the can tab of participating Lipovitan products.

• Customers identify their prize by checking the printed message under the tab.

Requirements for Valid Winning Evidence

• Total number of evidence items (tabs) issued: 400,000, including 1,230 winning tabs.

• A valid winning tab must be:
  – Issued by TAISHO
  – Correct in format, design, symbols, and content registered with the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency
  – Intact, not deformed, scratched, altered, or tampered with in any way.

Notification of Prize Winning

Customers who win a prize must call the hotline 1900 571 579 to notify the organizer of their winning. The deadline for calling the hotline is 23:59 on December 31, 2025.

Prize Awarding: Time, Location, Method, and Required Procedures

When contacting the hotline, customers must provide their full name, address, and phone number so that Taisho Vietnam Co., Ltd. can arrange the prize delivery.

• Prize awarding time: 08:00–21:00, from Monday to Sunday.

• The prize will be delivered to the address provided by the winner when calling the hotline.

Required documents and procedures when receiving the prize:

• The winner must be 18 years old or above.

• A photocopy of the National ID/ Citizen ID Card (original required for verification).

• The original winning pull-ring tab (Taisho Vietnam will collect the winning tab upon awarding the prize).

• The winner must sign the Prize Awarding Record.

Personal income tax on prize winnings (if applicable) will be handled by Taisho Vietnam Co., Ltd. The company will declare and pay this tax on behalf of the customer in accordance with current tax regulations.

Customers are responsible for any other taxes, fees, or charges related to receiving and registering the use of the prize as required by Vietnamese law.

10. Public Announcements

Taisho will publicly announce all details of the promotional program’s terms and conditions through mass media and at participating sales locations after receiving approval from the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency – Ministry of Industry and Trade.

The program’s Terms & Conditions and the prize-winning results will be widely announced on the website https://lipovitan.vn/.

Other Regulations

• Employees of Taisho Vietnam Co., Ltd., official distributors, advertising agencies, service providers, as well as their parents, spouses, and children are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

• Customers participating in this promotion may still participate in other promotional programs carried out simultaneously by Taisho Vietnam Co., Ltd.

• Taisho Vietnam Co., Ltd. has the right to use the name and image of prize winners for commercial advertising purposes with the customer’s consent.

• Taisho Vietnam Co., Ltd. is fully responsible for ensuring accuracy and proper management of all printed materials and winning evidence circulated during the promotional period.
  In the case of printing errors or misleading information on the winning evidence issued by Taisho, the company is responsible for awarding prizes to affected customers.
  The promotional program must ensure fairness, transparency, and objectivity.

• Taisho Vietnam Co., Ltd. is responsible for handling all customer complaints related to this promotional program.
  If no agreement is reached, disputes will be resolved in accordance with the current laws of Vietnam.

• For prizes that remain unclaimed, Taisho must remit 50% of the announced prize value to the state budget, as required under Clause 4, Article 96 of the Commercial Law.

• Taisho Vietnam Co., Ltd. guarantees full rights and benefits for all customers participating in the promotional program and will carry out the program in compliance with all applicable laws.
