1. Promotional goods and services:

Lipovitan-branded energy drink products, including Lipovitan Honey Energy Drink – 24 cans/carton – valued at 178,000 VND/carton, and Lipovitan Tongkat Ali Energy Drink – 24 cans/carton – valued at 220,000 VND/carton, sold through the official Distributors of Taisho Vietnam Co., Ltd., including:

Phuoc Linh Trading and Service Co., Ltd. (Quang Binh Province)
My Khuyen Food Co., Ltd. (Quang Tri Province)
HG Trading and Service One-Member Co., Ltd. (Thua Thien Hue Province)

Quantity of promotional goods/services (if applicable): Unlimited.

2. Promotional area:

Quang Binh, Quang Tri, and Thua Thien Hue.

3. Form of promotion:

(Lucky draw or other forms)

– Lucky draw promotion. Customers receive a “Lucky Draw Ticket” containing a prize code when successfully purchasing Lipovitan energy drink products sold by Taisho Vietnam Co., Ltd.’s Distributors.
– Winning codes are determined through a random lottery drum drawing.

4. Eligible customers:

– Grocery store owners, agents, and beverage shop owners who directly purchase Lipovitan energy drink products from Taisho Vietnam Co., Ltd. via the listed Distributors in Quang Binh, Quang Tri, and Thua Thien Hue.

– Not applicable to employees of Taisho Vietnam Co., Ltd.
– Not applicable to owners or employees of the cooperating distributors of Taisho Vietnam Co., Ltd.

5. Prize structure:

*Vehicle prices are based on the valuation at 14:00, July 13, 2023.
*Promotional goods/services cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Detailed Terms and Conditions of the Promotional Program

6.1 Conditions and procedures for participation:

– During the promotional period, customers who successfully purchase Lipovitan-branded energy drink products through any of the official distributors listed will be eligible.

– For every purchase of 10 cartons of any Lipovitan product (Lipovitan Honey or Lipovitan Tongkat Ali), per order (not accumulated across multiple orders), the customer receives 01 Lucky Draw Ticket with a prize code. No limit on the number of tickets.

– The top 100 customers with the highest purchase volume participating in the program will be invited to the prize announcement event in Quang Binh. Final winning numbers will be drawn live.

– At the time of a qualifying purchase, Taisho Vietnam staff will complete the customer information on the Lucky Draw Ticket and the ticket stub and hand the ticket to the customer.

– Prize codes consist of 5 random digits (excluding “1” and “0”) printed on each Lucky Draw Ticket.
Example: 22345, 42346, 52357…

Total issued prize codes: 30,000 Lucky Draw Tickets (each containing a unique code).

6.2 Method of issuing proof of winning eligibility

(Repeat of the procedure described above regarding ticket issuance.)

6.3 Valid proof of winning

– A valid winning proof is the original Lucky Draw Ticket containing a prize code and full customer information, intact, without tears, modifications, or erasures.

– Total number of issued tickets: 30,000 Lucky Draw Tickets

– Upon awarding the prize, Taisho Vietnam staff will collect the winning Lucky Draw Ticket from the winner.

6.4 Time, location, and method of determining winners:

– The top 100 customers with the highest purchase volume will be identified after 10:00 AM on 12/08/2023 and will receive invitations delivered in person by Taisho Vietnam staff between 14:00 on 12/08/2023 and 13/08/2023.

Taisho Vietnam will cover round-trip travel and meal expenses for the 100 invited customers. No overnight cost is included.

Prize Drawing Ceremony:
Time: 10:30 – 11:30 AM, 14/08/2023
Activities: Drawing codes for 03 Third Prizes, 02 Second Prizes, and 01 First Prize.

The event will be livestreamed on Lipovitan’s official fanpage.

Drawing method:
– 5 lottery drums represent the 5 digits of each prize code.
– Codes are drawn sequentially for the prize tiers:

First round: 03 Third Prizes
Second round: 02 Second Prizes
Final round: 01 First Prize

Invalid codes will be discarded and redrawn. Invalid cases include:

– Codes that have never been issued to customers.
– Codes outside the 30,000 issued tickets (from the total 32,768 possible combinations).

A list of invalid codes will be published on Taisho Vietnam’s website on 13/08/2023.

Winners will be confirmed in a written record signed by customer representatives and Taisho Vietnam Co., Ltd.

6.5 Winner notification:

– During the prize ceremony, winners will be contacted via phone number +84888026766. If unreachable after 3 attempts, notification will follow later.

– Within 2 business days after the draw, winners will receive:

SMS notification
In-person visit by Taisho Vietnam staff
Announcement on the company website

SMS format:
“Lipovitan Energy Drink Brand congratulates Mr./Ms. A on winning ……… in the ‘Lipovitan – Close Sales, Win a Luxury Car’ program. Your winning code is ……… Please contact Lipovitan’s hotline 1900 571 579 to complete the prize claiming procedures.”

6.6 Prize awarding

– Prizes will be delivered directly to the customer’s address listed on the ticket stub. Delivery fees are covered by Taisho Vietnam.

– Winners must present a valid ID (Citizen ID or equivalent) and sign the Prize Receipt Record.

Deadline:
After 25/09/2023, if the winner cannot be contacted, the prize will be handled according to Vietnamese promotional regulations.

Winners are responsible for any applicable personal income taxes.

8. Information disclosure responsibilities

– Details of the promotion are published on Taisho Vietnam’s website and printed on the Lucky Draw Tickets.

9. Other regulations:

– Taisho Vietnam is responsible for managing, printing, and circulating valid proof of winning.

– The program must ensure fairness, transparency, and objectivity.

– With customer permission, Taisho Vietnam may use the winner’s name and image for commercial advertising.

– Disputes will be resolved directly by Taisho Vietnam or according to Vietnamese law.

– For unclaimed prizes, Lipovitan will remit 50% of the announced prize value to the state budget as required by law.
